The Resignation of our Masonic Home Administrator and Home Outreach Coordinator

In August of 2024 the Administrator of the Masonic Home in Jacksonville tendered her resignation and provided 5 weeks notice.

Shortly after her resignation we received the resignation of the Masonic Home-Outreach Coordinator.

What really happened? Florida Masons are not aware to this day because the Grand Master gagged the entire state from speaking about the incident and as a result has charged multiple brothers and even suspended them for trying to get the truth about this incident. Below is a timeline of events along with known facts and corroborating documentation and first hand accounts. Early August 2024 – The Incident

The following information is the first hand information obtained by interviewing about “the incident”.

At an executive meeting of the Masonic Home it was brought to Jorge Aladro’s attention that his claims that the Masonic Administrator agrees with him that the Masonic Home should be sold was not true. In a visible rage Aladro stormed out of the meeting to confront the Masonic Home Administrator.

He took the female Administrator into a conference room and closed the door behind him.

At this point Aladro was in a closed room with the female Administrator which was LOCKED from the inside. No one was able to enter the room at the time of this altercation and the female Administrator well knew this. She attempted to endure what followed by not making eye contact and essentially just trying to “get through” what was happening without being injured or assaulted. She was in a locked room with an angry man that was raising his voice and she just wanted it to be over.

Aladro was very upset that she did not agree with him about selling the Masonic Home. He angrily told her that he did not want her speaking with brothers or lodges about her feelings about the home and put restrictions at this time about who she could speak with, what she can say, and was crystal clear that nothing will be done without his prior knowledge and approval.

Aladro’s voice was so loud and aggressive that the people outside the door began to be concerned about the Administrator being locked in the room with him. In speaking with The Resignation of our Masonic Home Administrator and Home Outreach Coordinator she confirmed that she and Mason were outside the door and they had conversation about what they should be doing to help the Administrator. In the end there was nothing they could do but wait.

Shortly after being verbally assaulted and locked in a room with the head Grand Lodge representative and her boss, she tendered her resignation and provided 5 weeks notice.

August 4 – The Information Leaks Out

On August 4th a fake profile on Facebook posted the following information about the incident:

In a comment in this post Cowart made the statement that this was “fake news” and he said that anyone wishing to know the truth should reach out to him directly to get the facts from him.

As a result of the above post, the grand master ordered an official investigation of the penal affairs committee to find out who was the poster so that Cowart could silence him and penalize him.

In the process of investigating this incident the penal affairs chairman interviewed many people including the Administrator. She provided him with documentation and her testimony.

The result of that investigation led the people responsible to allegedly inform Cowart that we needed to look at Aladro’s behavior regarding the incident with the Administrator. The Penal Affairs chairman was terminated from his duties by Cowart and he appointed a new Chairman that would help him prosecute anyone that he deemed dangerous to conspirators or his plans. Since a flurry of Cease and desist letters did not dissuade the discussion, the Grand Master gagged the entire state and began his crusade to prosecute anyone that says anything that would shed light on the co-conspirators that are running amok at the Grand Lodge level.

August 5th – Jorge Aladro Responds Inappropriately

October 2024 – A direct conversation with Don Cowart

After seeing the original post and Jorge Aladro’s response, we have a witness that contacted Don Cowart directly as he instructed members members to do if they wanted to get the truth directly from him.

What is the truth about What happened to The Administrator?

The Mason was informed that what is posted online are lies and that if people really knew the truth they would be more upset with the Administrator than Jorge Aladro and Don Cowart. He was also informed that Don knows more than anyone else about the situation.

How do you know more about the situation if you NEVER CONTACTED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO ASK HER WHAT HAPPENED?

That’s right, our Grand Master never bothered to contact the Administrator to ask her if she was okay, what happened, or why she resigned. Not the day off, not the day after, and not for the remaining 5 weeks that she served in her role after giving her notice and being informed by his own Penal affairs team that he needs to be looking at Aladro’s behavior. The Grand Master stated that he was under no obligation to contact the Administrator and speak with her that she wasn’t his employee.

He then claimed that he couldn’t speak about it any further due to legal reasons.

That’s right. Any Mason that attempted to get the truth from our Grand Master was denied any information as he did behind “Legal Reasons” He couldn’t tell anyone anything.

Gag Orders Abound

Why is the Grand Master and his co-conspirators hiding the truth about what Jorge Aladro did to the Administrator that had her, a single mother terrified in her workplace?

He has issued Cease and Desist orders to:

• All Master Masons in Florida
• His own Grand Lodge officers prohibiting them from contacting anyone at the Masonic Home
• The residents of the masonic Home are now under gag order and can only speak to Jorge Aladro about anything related to the Masonic Home
• The employees of the Masonic Home are under gag orders and not to speak with anyone but Jorge Aladro about anything having to do with the Masonic Home.

There is an old saying that where there’s smoke there is fire, and there is so much smoke that anyone getting close to this topic is choking on it. We need answers and we need to hold to account the people responsible for not only creating the work environment that was too aggressive to continue to work under, but those co-conspirators at Grand Lodge that have taken part in covering it up and prosecting those looking for answers.

Lies and Character Assassination of the Administrator Begin

As if causing a single mother to have to find another job due to the distress and abuse she had to endure wasn’t enough for Our Grand Lodge, they proceeded to talk badly about the Administrator at Grand Master Official visits throughout the State. If you attended one you are well aware that for the first time you left feeling bad about being a Freemason in Florida. The Grand Master threatened, warned, and insulted the very foundation of our Fraternity at each of hist visits as he pushed Jorge Aladro who he wants to win his bid to become Grand Secretary. Both he and Jorge Aladro began to speak badly about the Administrator, her service, and even her morals. In response the Administrator posted public about the things they were saying about her:

Now not only were these so called Masons lying and discrediting an honest hard working woman to cover for their own nefarious actions, they apparently had no problems attacking other women that were trying to inform the brothers as you can see below:

Shortly after the Administrator left we received the resignation of The Resignation of our Masonic Home Administrator and Home Outreach Coordinator who felt exactly the same about the work environment she could no longer endure and she resigned because of it.
